CHAN TONG Further states:-

After I made fast to the Japanese motor boat

we were taken in tow and about 25 minutes later after

cruising around Deep Bay the crew of the Japanese motor boat stopped a second boat (265V) and towed us both

vessels towards LIN TIN Island, when off LIN TIN the crew

of the Japanese motor boat stopped, two more boats Nos.

unknown also made them make fast. The motor boat then towed

all 4 boats to CHEK WAN where the motor boat dropped anchor,

while I and the 3 other boats laid astern on the motor boat.

The crew of the Japanese motor boat fired 3 shots

at the Steam Launch KWAI HING which was towing 2 cargo junks

Nos. 2233V and 312V.
